 ATIVE  RESOLUTION  congratulating Ruth Kitney upon the occasion of
 0th Birthday on June 21, 2011

 S, Ruth Kitney of Fulton, New York, was born on June 21, 1911; and
 EAS, Her Senior Book Discussion  Group  joyfully  celebrated  Ruth
 's  100th  Birthday  during  its  June  2011  Meeting  and she was
 d, as well, at the June 27, 2011 meeting of Oswego County Visually
 ed at Canale's Restaurant, at which time  Oswego  County  Opportu-
 '  Transportation  Services  generously  presented  her, a regular
 and a frequent user of its Call-N-Ride  service,  with  a  special
 f 100 tokens; and
 EAS,  This  exceptional  centenarian,  with her zest for life, has
 ed and enhanced the lives of her family and friends; and
 EAS, This distinguished woman, who has experienced the  incredible
 and  sorrows  characteristic  of  and  reserved for those with the
 a and courage to savor a full life, has inspired the lives of  her
 riends and family; and
 EAS,  This beloved lady has enriched the lives of those around her
 h her joyous and sincere love for others and through the quiescent
 and wisdom which comes only from a fullness of years; and
 EAS, It is the intent of this Legislative Body to publicly  recog-
 hose who have reached such a remarkable age and who have witnessed
 elebrated  the  innovations,  cultural  developments  and  awesome
 ements of this country during the last century,  while  themselves
 buting  to  the  growth and excellence of this great Empire State;
