 ATIVE  RESOLUTION congratulating Mr. and Mrs. Frank Welch upon the
 on of their 60th Wedding Anniversary

 S, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Welch of Hurley, New  York  were  united  in
 ge  on  November  25,  1950 in Port Ewen; they joyously celebrated
 60th Wedding Anniversary with a  dinner  party  at  Roudigan's  in
 on hosted by their children; and
 EAS,  They  are  the  proud  parents of eight children and have 15
 hildren and eight great-grandchildren; and
 EAS, Emily and Frank Welch founded  the  Welch  Industrial  Supply
 y in 1967; and
 EAS,  Emily  and  Frank  Welch are and always have been a tower of
 th, support, understanding and limitless love  for  their  family;

 EAS,  Their love, devotion, caring, sensitivity and responsiveness
 ir family, friends and all who know them are  their  hallmark  and
 ion; and
 EAS,  Emily  and Frank Welch have lived and continue to live their
 with great dignity and genuine grace, always demonstrating a  deep
 ontinuing  concern  for  human values and ideals, and in so doing,
 ave inspired others to do the same; and
 EAS, This meaningful occasion is the result of the love, hard work
 irit that this couple has invested in their marriage; and
 EAS, These same values they  have  passed  to  their  loved  ones,
 ing  a  family that is close-knit and supportive of its individual
 s, public-minded in its relations to the community  and  committed
  ideals of citizenship upon which this Nation was founded; and
 EAS,  Emily and Frank Welch have touched the lives of their family
 ny friends through the shining example of their marriage, which is
 ament to the devotion and admiration which they  possess  for  one

 EAS,  The  longevity of this enduring marriage truly marks a mile-
 in life's journey, an event of personal triumph and joy; and
 EAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when  an  occa-
