 ATIVE RESOLUTION congratulating Caleb Adam Young upon the occasion
 eiving the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout, the most prestigious
 uting honors

 S, Seventeen-year-old Caleb Adam Young, the son of Stephen and Amy
 of Macedon, is a member of Boy Scouts of American Seneca Waterways
 l Troop 122 in Henrietta, New York; and
 EAS,  He  has  been  a  member of the Troop for many years and has
  the Troop in numerous capacities; and
 EAS, Caleb Adam Young successfully completed his Boy  Scout  Eagle
  of  Review  and,  through his diligence and rigorous efforts, has
 ted the requirements and  achieved  Scouting's  highest  and  most
 gious rank, Eagle Scout; and
 EAS,  Caleb  Adam Young will be honored at an Eagle Court of Honor
 ny to be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 in Henrietta; and
 EAS, A homeschool graduate, Caleb Adam Young  was  active  in  his
 ity,  serving  as  a  Teen Softball Coach, a Vacation Bible School
 Worker, and National Youth Leadership  Trainer  and  is  currently
 ng a degree in Sports Management at Pensacola Christian College in
 a; and
 EAS,  America  has  achieved her greatest heights of glory through
 dication, determination and tireless efforts  of  the  outstanding
 ns of this Nation; and
 EAS,  It  is only with the continued diligence and devotion of our
  tomorrow's leaders, that America will maintain her glory; and
 EAS, The Boy Scouts of America and its members  are  dedicated  to
 velopment of character and leadership in the youth of this Nation;

 EAS,  The highest achievement of leadership in Scouting, earned by
 ive percent of all Boy Scouts, is the distinguished rank of  Eagle
  and
 EAS,  This outstanding young man has been involved in Scouting for
 ears, has lived up to Scouting's ideals and has  attained  all  of
 ecessary achievements, including completion of a community service
 t, which was successfully planned, developed and executed; and
 EAS, Caleb Adam Young's perseverance in rising through  the  ranks
 le Scout is a strong indication of his ability to master difficult
   his  accomplishment will enable him to emerge as a leader, fully
 ed to meet the challenges of today's complex society; and
 EAS, This new Eagle Scout is a credit to his family,  his  school,
 mmunity, his State and his Nation, and no doubt his future will be
  with accomplishments of equal importance; now, therefore, be it
 LVED,  That  this  Legislative Body pause in its deliberations, in
 ition of the significance  of  this  meritorious  achievement,  to
 tulate  and  honor Caleb Adam Young on achieving the rank of Eagle
