 S,  It is the sense of this Legislative Body to honor those events
 istic significance which highlight the creative talents that  have
 buted  to  the  cultural  enrichment  of  our  communities and our

 EAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its  long-
 ng  traditions,  this  Legislative Body is justly proud to commem-
 the Fourth Annual Ballston Spa Film Festival, hosted by the  Ball-
 Spa  Business and Professional Association on August 5-6, 2011, in
 l Park, Ballston Spa, New York; and
 EAS, The Ballston Spa Business and Professional Association  is  a
 ofit  community  organization  committed  to making the Village of
 on Spa a better place to live and work, as well as bringing quali-
 s and entertainment events for all ages to the community; and
 EAS, The Ballston Spa Film Festival is a rapidly growing,  family-
 ly, community arts event which has earned an international reputa-

 EAS,  The Ballston Spa Film Festival caters to both filmmakers and
 overs with free admission screenings, films  judged  by  Hollywood
