 LEGISLATIVE  RESOLUTION  commemorating the 20th Anniversary of Liberteks
 Technology Services to be celebrated on January 26, 2012
 WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize the mile
 stones of those small businesses within the  State  of  New  York  which
 contribute  to  the economic health and vitality of the communities they
 serve; and
 WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its  long
 standing  traditions,  this  Legislative Body is justly proud to commem
 orate the 20th Anniversary of Liberteks Technology Services to be  cele
 brated on January 26, 2012; and
 WHEREAS,  Liberteks  Technology  Services  was  established in 1991 by
 founder and President Larry A. Zimbler; and
 WHEREAS, Since its  inception,  Liberteks  has  flourished,  providing
 technology  services  and  a  wide range of consulting services with the
 emphasis on incorporating technology into business operations; moreover,
 it has employed numerous individuals  and  contributed  greatly  to  the
 Capital Region community; and
 WHEREAS, In addition to a wide range of software, hardware and network
 services,  Libertek's  business clients receive Managed Services, a wide
 range  of  comprehensive  services  providing  customized  service   and
 support, which is proactively monitored and managed on a 24/7 basis; and
 WHEREAS,  Liberteks Technology Services is a strong supporter of local
 businesses and has been a long time backer of the Capital District Local
 Firs, BNI, the Social Media for Business Meet Up, the Guilderland  Cham
 ber  of  Commerce,  to  name  a few; it has also lent its support to the
 Regional Food Bank, the humane society groups and a variety of  churches
 and synagogues in the Albany area; and
 WHEREAS,  Further  highlighting Libertek's community support is Presi
 dent Larry Zimbler's creation of smAlbany, an expo  event  to  spotlight
 small businesses throughout the Capital Region and beyond; and
 WHEREAS,  Now  in  its sixth year, smAlbany is attended by hundreds of
 local businesses in the area, in an effort to make them more  technolog
 ically savvy and more efficient, effective and profitable; and
 WHEREAS,  Over the years, Liberteks Technology Services has positively
 impacted the industry it represents and has become an  invaluable  asset
 to the community it so generously serves; and
 WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body acknowl
 edges  this  exceptional business and its contributions to the local and
 State economies, fully confident that it  will  continue  to  enjoy  the
 sparkling successes it has experienced thus far; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED,  That  this  Legislative  Body pause in its deliberations to
 commemorate the 20th Anniversary of Liberteks Technology Services to  be
 celebrated on January 26, 2012; and be it further
 RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran
 smitted  to  Larry  Zimbler, Liberteks Technology Services, 1648 Western
 Avenue, Albany, New York 12203.
