ATIVE RESOLUTION congratulating Mr. and Mrs. Francis Stunzi upon casion of their 50th Wedding Anniversary S, Patricia Ann Belair and Francis Augustus Stunzi of Rouses New York, were united in marriage on November 18, 1961, at St. k's Church; and EAS, Patricia and Francis Stunzi joyously celebrated their 50th g Anniversary on November 13, 2011; they gathered with their chil- nd their families to attend mass together and witness the blessing ir marriage by the Reverend Clyde Lewis at St. Patrick's Church in Point, where they had been married and, following mass they and family gathered for a celebratory brunch at Cricket's in Peru; and EAS, They are the proud parents of two daughters, Lynn Grovine of and Marsha Trombly of West Chazy, and a son, Francis M. (Frank) of and have seven grandchildren, Alison and Katherine Grovine, Jessica, Adrian and Shauni Trombly and Michael Stunzi; and three grandchildren, Kameron Stunzi, Karina Kalvaitis and Noah Trombly; EAS, Francis Stunzi retired from Ayerst Labs in 2000 after 40 of dedicated service; Patricia was employed at Latremore's Insur- nd later at the Chazy Central Rural School cafeteria; and EAS, Patricia and Francis Stunzi, both now retired, enjoy gem and l collecting and mining, mountain climbing, stamp and feed sack ting, quilting and gardening; Francis is an ADK 46er, completing th, Whiteface Mountain, on his 46th birthday; Patricia met him and climbers on top with a birthday cake; and EAS, For their 50th Anniversary, they returned to their favorite on spot, the Rosedon in Bermuda; Patricia and Francis have also d traveling to other points of interest in various states; their emorable trips included Alcatraz Island, and San Diego and San sco, California; Atlanta, Georgia; St. Louis, Missouri; Florida; , Massachusetts and Maine; and EAS, Patricia and Francis Stunzi are and always have been a tower ength, support, understanding and limitless love for their family; EAS, Their love, devotion, caring, sensitivity and responsiveness ir family, friends and all who know them are their hallmark and ion; and EAS, Patricia and Francis Stunzi have lived and continue to live lives with great dignity and genuine grace, always demonstrating a nd continuing concern for human values and ideals, and in so they have inspired others to do the same; and EAS, This meaningful occasion is the result of the love, hard work irit that this couple has invested in their marriage; and EAS, These same values they have passed to their loved ones, ing a family that is close-knit and supportive of its individual s, public-minded in its relations to the community and committed ideals of citizenship upon which this Nation was founded; and EAS, Patricia and Francis Stunzi have touched the lives of their and many friends through the shining example of their marriage, is a testament to the devotion and admiration which they possess e another; and EAS, The longevity of this enduring marriage truly marks a mile- in life's journey, an event of personal triumph and joy; and EAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when an occa- of such importance is brought to our attention, the same should be alized by us for the edification and emulation of others; now, ore, be it LVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to tulate Patricia and Francis Stunzi upon the occasion of their 50th g Anniversary; and be it further LVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran- d to Mr. and Mrs. Francis Stunzi.
