ATIVE RESOLUTION commemorating the 125th Anniversary of the America Chamber of Commerce S, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize the ements of those organizations which substantially contribute to onomic vitality of their communities and the entire Empire State; EAS, Attendant to such concern and in full accord with its long- ng traditions, it is the sense of this Legislative Body to commem- the 125th Anniversary of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, to ebrated on Monday, June 4, 2012; and EAS, The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce is an independent, e, not-for-profit corporation devoted to fostering trade, tourism, ments and economic cooperation between Italy and the United ; and EAS, The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce is a founding member of ropean American Chamber of Commerce for the United States and is ated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Assocamerestero, the ation of the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad which represents han 70 Chambers all over the world; and EAS, Through its membership network and the affiliation with Asso- stero, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce provides its members he right business contacts and global reach; and EAS, The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce brings together indi- entrepreneurs, as well as large corporations, advancing the sts of its members through contact and interaction with government es, trade associations and international organizations both in the States and in Italy; and EAS, One of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce's important is to provide assistance and training for future generations of rs and entrepreneurs; this is attained through the Young Executive tee's activities and also through the Chamber's Visa Exchange r program; and EAS, The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce maintains trade commit- n specific business sectors, including specialty food products and l; these committees are the main forum where members from within a ity sector, debate matters of common interest, exchange practical ss experiences, and develop common projects; and EAS, The remarkable success of the Italy-America Chamber of ce is sustained, in large part, by the tireless efforts of its nding Board of Directors; these members include: President, Clau- ozzo; Executive Vice President, Pablo Catassi; Vice President, Rosabianca; Treasurer, Angelo Sabella; and Corporate Secretary, e Pappagallo; and EAS, Since its inception, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce lped businesses and the community it serves to prosper, always ding to the needs of its area; and EAS, A solid cornerstone of the community, the Italy-America Cham- f Commerce will continue to evolve and to improve, always seeking w ways of helping its members and community; and EAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body acknowl- this exceptional organization and its contributions to the local tate economies, fully confident that it will continue to enjoy the ses it has experienced thus far; now, therefore, be it LVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to orate the 125th Anniversary of the Italy-America Chamber of ce; and be it further LVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran- d to Claudio Bozzo, President, Italy-America Chamber of Commerce.
