ATIVE RESOLUTION congratulating Eric Scott Brylinski upon the on of receiving the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout, the most gious of Scouting honors, on May 1, 2011 S, Eric Scott Brylinski, through his diligence and rigorous s, has achieved Scouting's highest and most prestigious rank, Scout; he completed all requirements on December 30, 2010 and will nored at an Eagle Court of Honor ceremony on Sunday, May 1, 2011; EAS, Eric Scott Brylinksi is a member of Boy Scouts of America 286, Greater Niagara Frontier Council, chartered to Brighton ity Church in Tonawanda, New York and proudly joins his father, others and an uncle in achieving the rank of Eagle Scout; and EAS, Eric Scott Brylinski was a Cub Scout for five years and the esteemed Arrow of Light Award; as a Scout he has served Troop several leadership positions including Assistant Patrol Leader aplain Aide; and EAS, Eric Scott Brylinski is an eighth grade student at Ben Frank- iddle School in Buffalo and an acolyte at Saint Bartholomew's an Church in Tonawanda and an active member of its youth group; he ver the past several years, participated in many service projects is Troop and with his church; and EAS, America has achieved her greatest heights of glory through dication, determination and tireless efforts of the outstanding ns of this Nation; and EAS, It is only with the continued diligence and devotion of our tomorrow's leaders, that America will maintain her glory; and EAS, The Boy Scouts of America and its members are dedicated to velopment of character and leadership in the youth of this Nation; EAS, The highest achievement of leadership in Scouting, earned by ive percent of all Boy Scouts, is the distinguished rank of Eagle and EAS, This outstanding young man has been involved in Scouting for ears, has lived up to Scouting's ideals and has attained all of ecessary achievements, including completion of a community service t, which was successfully planned, developed and executed; and EAS, For his Eagle project, Eric Scott Brylinski led a number of , adult leaders and others in painting 15 doors and door frames at Bartholomew's Anglican Church; and EAS, Eric Scott Brylinski's perseverance in rising through the to Eagle Scout is a strong indication of his ability to master ult tasks; his accomplishment will enable him to emerge as a lead- ully equipped to meet the challenges of today's complex society; EAS, This new Eagle Scout is a credit to his family, his school, mmunity, his State and his Nation, and no doubt his future will be with accomplishments of equal importance; now, therefore, be it LVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations, in ition of the significance of this meritorious achievement, to tulate and honor Eric Scott Brylinski on achieving the rank of Scout; and be it further LVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran- d to Eric Scott Brylinski.
