       AN ACT to amend the  penal  law,  relating  to  the  crime  of  criminal
         possession  of  stolen  property in the fourth degree where the stolen
         property consists of four or more bicycles
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. Section 165.45 of the penal law is amended by adding a new
    2  subdivision 8 to read as follows:
    3    8. THE PROPERTY CONSISTS OF FOUR OR MORE BICYCLES.
    4    S 2. This act shall take effect on the first of November next succeed-
    5  ing the date on which it shall have become a law.
