         Services) -- read twice and ordered printed, and when  printed  to  be
         committed to the Committee on Investigations and Government Operations

       AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter 674 of the laws of 1993, amending the public
         buildings law relating to value limitations on contracts, in  relation
         to extending the effectiveness thereof

         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

    1    Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 674 of the laws of 1993, amending  the
    2  public  buildings  law  relating  to  value limitations on contracts, as
    3  amended by chapter 163 of the laws  of  2009,  is  amended  to  read  as
    4  follows:
    5    S  3.  This act shall take effect immediately and shall remain in full
    6  force and effect only until June 30, [2011] 2013.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and  shall  be  deemed  to
    8  have been in full force and effect on and after April 1, 2011.
