AN ACT relating to part-time police officer positions in the villages of Corfu and LeRoy in Genesee county THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contra ry, part-time police officer positions in the village of Corfu and the village of LeRoy, in the county of Genesee, shall be deemed non-competi tive positions for purposes of civil service.
S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD15920-01-2
