AN ACT to amend part R2 of chapter 62 of the laws of 2003, amending  the
  mental hygiene law and the state finance law relating to the community
  mental  health  support  and  workforce  reinvestment  program and the
  membership of subcommittees for mental  health  of  community  service
  boards and the duties of such subcommittees and creating the community
  health  and  workforce reinvestment account, in relation to the effec-
  tive date thereof

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Section  7  of part R2 of chapter 62 of the laws of 2003,
amending the mental hygiene law and the state finance  law  relating  to
the  community  mental health support and workforce reinvestment program
and the membership of  subcommittees  for  mental  health  of  community
service  boards  and  the  duties of such subcommittees and creating the
community mental health and workforce reinvestment account,  as  amended
by section 2 of part C of chapter 111 of the laws of 2010, is amended to
read as follows:
  S 7. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire March 31,
2013  when  upon  such  date  the provisions of this act shall be deemed
repealed; PROVIDED FURTHER, THAT SECTION FIVE OF THIS ACT  SHALL  EXPIRE
MARCH  31, 2018 WHEN UPON SUCH DATE THE PROVISIONS OF SUCH SECTION SHALL
BE DEEMED REPEALED.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
