AN ACT to authorize the dormitory authority of the state of New York  to
  sell  certain  land in the county of Queens to the Indian Cultural and
  Community Center, Inc.

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Notwithstanding  the  provisions  of any other law to the
contrary, the dormitory authority of the state of  New  York,  upon  the
consent  of the commissioner of mental health, is authorized to sell and
convey to the Indian Cultural and Community Center, Inc. the  parcel  of
land  situated  in the City of New York, Borough of Queens, State of New
York, constituting  a  portion  of  the  Creedmoor  Psychiatric  Center,
specifically described as follows:
  Beginning  at  a point intersection of the Northerly line and Easterly
line of the south  (of  Union  Turnpike)  campus  Creedmoor  Psychiatric
Center,  which  point  being situate at the point of intersection of the
Southerly margin of Union Turnpike and South Westerly  margin  of  243rd
Street,  thence  measured  through  the boundaries and land of Creedmoor
Psychiatric Center the following courses:
  1. Along a line N 49°30' 38" W on South Easterly direction a  distance
of 44.26 feet
  Thence
  2. Along a line S64°19'30" W on South Westerly direction a distance of
69.27 feet
  Thence
  3. Along a line S13°27'42" E on South Easterly direction a distance of
82.45 feet
  Thence
  4. Along a line N83°46'08" on a South Westerly direction a distance of
121.85 feet
