AN ACT authorizing the town of Cheektowaga, county of  Erie,  to  extend
 the lease of certain park lands in such town
 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

Section 1.  The town of Cheektowaga, in the county of Erie, is  hereby
 authorized and empowered to extend the terms of a lease between the town
 and  Garrett  LLC dated June 11, 2004 that was authorized by chapter 276
 of the laws of 1993, which was amended by chapter 455  of  the  laws  of
 2001,  on the lands described in chapter 276 of the laws of 1993, for up
 to ten additional years from the date of its expiration.
 

S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
