AN ACT relating to limited exemptions for small AIM coating manufactur ers
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any regulation to the contrary, a coating as defined in 6 NYCRR Part 205 manufactured prior to January 1, 2005, or previously granted a small manufacturer exemption pursuant to section 205.7 of Title 6 NYCRR, may be sold, supplied, or offered for sale until the retailer's entire stock has been sold out so long as the coating complied with standards in effect at the time the coating was manufac tured.
