AN ACT to amend the Nassau county civil divisions act,  in  relation  to
  the Port Washington police district

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Article 2 of title 3 of chapter II of section 1 of  chapter
273  of  the laws of 1939 constituting the Nassau county civil divisions
act is amended by adding two new sections 320.0 and  321.0  to  read  as
follows:
  S 320.0 APPLICATION OF SECTION 119-O OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW. THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTION 119-O OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW SHALL BE DEEMED
APPLICABLE TO MUNICIPAL COOPERATIVE ACTIVITIES.
  S  321.0  APPLICATION OF SECTION 67 OF THE TOWN LAW. THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 67 OF THE TOWN LAW  SHALL  GOVERN  THE  PRESENTATION  OF  CLAIMS
ACTIONS AGAINST THE DISTRICT.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
