THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subdivision (b) of Schedule I of section 3306 of the public health law is amended by adding six new paragraphs 56, 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61 to read as follows:
(56) 3,4-METHYLENEDIOXYMETHCATHINONE (METHYLONE). (57) 3,4-METHYLENEDIOXYPYROVALERONE (MDPV). (58) 4-METHYLMETHCATHINONE (MEPHEDRONE). (59) 4-METHOXYMETHCATHINONE. (60) 4-FLUOROMETHCATHINONE. (61) 3-FLUOROMETHCATHINONE.
S 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day after it shall have become a law. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD08937-02-1
