P. LOPEZ -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend chapter 333 of the laws of 2006 amending the tax law relating to authorizing the county of Schoharie to impose a county recording tax on obligation secured by a mortgage on real property, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 333 of the laws of 2006, amending the tax law relating to authorizing the county of Schoharie to impose a county recording tax on obligation secured by a mortgage on real proper- ty, as amended by chapter 198 of the laws of 2009, is amended to read as follows: S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed on and after December 1, [2011] 2013. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD05736-01-1
