AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to adulter ation of commercial feed THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Section 132 of the agriculture and markets law is amended by adding a new subdivision 6 to read as follows:
6. IT CONTAINS THE BLOOD OR BLOOD PRODUCT OF ANY MAMMALIAN ANIMAL IN ANY FORM INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PURE, DERIVED FROM, OR ADDED TO.
