AN ACT to amend the elder law, in relation to co-payments for covered drugs by certain participants in the program for elderly pharmaceu tical insurance coverage THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 3 and paragraphs (a) and (b) of subdivision 4 of section 247 of the elder law are amended to read as follows:
(b) The point of sale co-payment amounts which are to be charged eligible program participants shall be in accordance with the following schedule:
For each prescription of covered drugs costing $15.00 or less .....................................................
