Paragraph b of subdivision 1 of section 13-0339-a of the environmental conservation law, as amended by a chapter of the laws of 2011 entitled, "AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to the management of Atlantic cod", is amended to read as follows: b. American eel (Anguilla rostrata) until December thirty-first, two thousand[eleven]FOURTEEN, S 2. This act shall take effect on the same date as a chapter of the laws of 2011 entitled, "AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to the management of Atlantic cod", takes effect.EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted.
