Section 3 of chapter 674 of the laws of 1993, amending the public buildings law relating to value limitations on contracts, as amended by chapter 163 of the laws of 2009, is amended to read as follows: S 3. This act shall take effect immediately and shall remain in full force and effect only until June 30,[2011]2013. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall be deemed to have been in full force and effect on and after April 1, 2011.EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted.
