SOLAGES, TITUS -- read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend chapter 58 of the laws of 2010 relating to fair share payments by certain child care providers, in relation to extending the expiration date of certain provisions thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of part H of chapter 58 of the laws of 2010 relating to fair share payments by certain child care providers is amended to read as follows: S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire September 30, [2013] 2016 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be deemed repealed. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD11499-01-3
