  AN ACT to amend the insurance law, in relation to disclosures by limited
    licensees

    THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
  BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:


    Section  1.  Section  2131 of the insurance law is amended by adding a
  new subsection (m) to read as follows:

    (M) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY LAW, RULE, OR REGULATION TO THE CONTRARY, WITH
  RESPECT TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT INSURANCE, THE ONLY DISCLO-
  SURES AND MATERIALS REQUIRED IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH INSURANCE SHALL BE
  THE ITEMS REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION.
    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
