SKOUFIS -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Libraries and Education Technology AN ACT to amend chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facili- ties for certain public libraries, in relation to including the Moffat library of Washingtonville within the provisions of such chapter THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 5 of chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facilities for certain public libraries, is amended by adding a new subdivision 47 to read as follows: 47. MOFFAT LIBRARY OF WASHINGTONVILLE S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD14845-01-4
