AN ACT to amend the insurance law, in relation to rate filings for home
 owner's insurance policies
 THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

 

Section  1. Paragraphs 11, 12 and 13 of subsection (b) of section 2305
 of the insurance law, paragraphs 11 and 12 as amended by chapter  11  of
 the  laws of 2008 and paragraph 13 as amended by chapter 136 of the laws
 of 2008, are amended and a new paragraph 14 is added to read as follows:

 (11) credit property insurance, as defined  in  section  two  thousand
 three hundred forty of this article; [and]
 (12) gap insurance;
 (13)  [Private]  PRIVATE  passenger  automobile  insurance,  except as
 provided in section two thousand three hundred fifty of this article[.];
 AND
 (14) HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE POLICIES AND SUBSEQUENT  CALCULATIONS  USED
 TO  DETERMINE  THE  INCREASED  VALUE  OF DWELLING LIMITS FOR PURPOSES OF
 DETERMINING DWELLING PROTECTION COVERAGE.
 

S 2. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day  after  it  shall
 have become a law.
