LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending RoadLok Security upon the occasion of
receiving the Spirit of Innovation Award from the Orange County Partner-
ship on December 1, 2009

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that the quality and
character of life in the State of New York is indelibly enriched by the
faithful and untiring efforts of those organizations, and their leader-
ship, who devote their purpose to promoting and serving the public need;
and
WHEREAS, From time to time, society calls upon these organizations and
individuals to be recognized for the significance of their contributions
and efforts to serve this great Empire State; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to commend RoadLok
Security upon the occasion of receiving the Spirit of Innovation Award
from the Orange County Partnership at its annual event to be held on
Tuesday, December 1, 2009; and
WHEREAS, The Orange County Partnership is a non-profit organization
incorporated in New York State to act as the external marketing agency
for the economic and employment development of Orange County; and
WHEREAS, The partnership works to expand the county's tax base, create
new and better paying jobs, increase the county's standard of living and
enhance the quality of life of Orange County residents; and
WHEREAS, RoadLok Security will be honored by the Orange County Part-
nership with the Spirit of Innovation Award in recognition of its
commitment and service to the local community, thereby adding to the
character and quality of life for all citizens; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is pleased to have this opportunity to
recognize RoadLok Security for its unwavering commitment to the citizens
of Orange County, as it provides an uncompromising standard of excel-
lence in the delivery of superlative community service; and
WHEREAS, It is the practice of this Legislative Body that when organ-
izations of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our
attention, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens
of the great State of New York; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend RoadLok Security upon the occasion of receiving the Spirit of
Innovation Award from the Orange County Partnership on December 1, 2009;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to RoadLok Security.
