AN ACT to repeal sections, 1, 1-a, 1-b, 1-c, 1-d, 2, 3, 3-a,  3-b,  3-c,
  3-d,  4, 4-a, 4-b, 4-c, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of chapter 43 of the laws of
  2014 amending the vehicle and traffic law and other laws  relating  to
  establishing  in  the  counties  of Nassau and Suffolk a demonstration
  program implementing speed  violation  monitoring  systems  in  school
  speed zones by means of photo devices

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Sections 1, 1-a, 1-b, 1-c, 1-d, 2, 3, 3-a, 3-b,  3-c,  3-d,
4,  4-a,  4-b,  4-c, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of chapter 43 of the laws of 2014
amending the vehicle and traffic law and other laws relating  to  estab-
lishing  in  the  counties of Nassau and Suffolk a demonstration program
implementing speed violation monitoring systems in school speed zones by
means of photo devices are REPEALED.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
