  ty) -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be  commit-
  ted to the Committee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions

AN  ACT  to amend the public authorities law, in relation to authorizing
  the dormitory authority to finance and construct facilities for organ-
  izations undertaking projects under the capital restructuring  financ-
  ing  program  or  the delivery system reform incentive payment (DSRIP)
  program

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Paragraph  (b)  of  subdivision  2 of section 1676 of the
public authorities law is amended by adding a new undesignated paragraph
to read as follows:
  ORGANIZATIONS,  INCLUDING  WITHOUT  LIMITATION  PARTNERSHIPS,  LIMITED
PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS CORPORATIONS, BENEFIT CORPORATIONS, PUBLIC CORPO-
RATIONS,  CORPORATIONS  FORMED  OTHER THAN FOR PROFIT, LIMITED LIABILITY
COMPANIES, AND JOINT VENTURES THAT HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO RECEIVE CAPITAL
GRANTS UNDER THE STATE CAPITAL RESTRUCTURING  FINANCING  PROGRAM  ESTAB-
LISHED  PURSUANT  TO  SUBDIVISION TWENTY OF SECTION TWENTY-EIGHT HUNDRED
SEVEN AND SECTION TWENTY-EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE OF THE PUBLIC  HEALTH
LAW  AND  SECTION  SIXTEEN  HUNDRED  EIGHTY-R  OF THIS TITLE OR THAT ARE
PARTICIPATING IN THE DELIVERY SYSTEM REFORM  INCENTIVE  PAYMENT  (DSRIP)
PROGRAM.
  S  2.  Subdivision  1 of section 1680 of the public authorities law is
amended by adding a new undesignated paragraph to read as follows:
  ORGANIZATIONS,  INCLUDING  WITHOUT  LIMITATION  PARTNERSHIPS,  LIMITED
PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS CORPORATIONS, BENEFIT CORPORATIONS, PUBLIC CORPO-
RATIONS,  CORPORATIONS  FORMED  OTHER THAN FOR PROFIT, LIMITED LIABILITY
COMPANIES, AND JOINT VENTURES THAT HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO RECEIVE CAPITAL
GRANTS UNDER THE STATE CAPITAL RESTRUCTURING  FINANCING  PROGRAM  ESTAB-

  amended and recommitted to said committee

AN ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation  to  authorizing
  the dormitory authority to finance and construct facilities for organ-
  izations  undertaking projects under the capital restructuring financ-
  ing program or the delivery system reform  incentive  payment  (DSRIP)
  program

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

FINANCING  PROGRAM  ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO SECTION TWENTY-EIGHT HUNDRED
TWENTY-FIVE OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH LAW AND SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED  EIGHT-
Y-R  OF  THIS  TITLE,  OR  (II)  THE HEALTH CARE FACILITY TRANSFORMATION
PROGRAM ESTABLISHED BY SECTIONS TWENTY-EIGHT  HUNDRED  TWENTY-FIVE-A  OR
TWENTY-EIGHT  HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE-B OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH LAW AND SECTION
SIXTEEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-R OF THE  PUBLIC  AUTHORITIES  LAW;  OR  (B)  ARE
PARTICIPATING  IN  THE  DELIVERY SYSTEM REFORM INCENTIVE PAYMENT (DSRIP)
PROGRAM.
