Introduced  by  Sen.  GOLDEN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
  printed to be committed to the Committee on Corporations,  Authorities
  and Commissions

AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the public
  authorities law relating to the construction and financing of  facili-
  ties  for  certain public libraries, in relation to the Queens Borough
  Public Library

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subdivision 48 of section 5 of chapter 672 of the laws of
1993, amending the public authorities law relating to  the  construction
and  financing  of  facilities for certain public libraries, as added by
chapter 323 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:
  48. Queens BOROUGH Public Library
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
