  printed to be committed to the Committee on Agriculture

AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to  includ-
  ing  actively  managed log-grown woodland mushrooms within the meaning
  of the term "crops, livestock and livestock products" for purposes  of
  provisions of law relating to agricultural districts

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision 2  of  section  301  of  the  agricultural  and
markets law is amended by adding a new paragraph k to read as follows:
  K. ACTIVELY MANAGED LOG-GROWN WOODLAND MUSHROOMS.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
