AN ACT to authorize the commissioner of general services to transfer and
  convey certain unappropriated state land to the village of Otisville

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subject to the provisions of this act but notwithstanding
any other provision of law to the contrary, the commissioner of  general
services  is  hereby authorized to transfer and convey to the village of
Otisville the state land described in section two of  this  act  at  the
Otisville  correctional  facility,  in  the village of Otisville and the
county of Orange, declared to be abandoned state land by the  department
of  corrections  and community supervision.  The transfer and conveyance
of the land described in section two  of  this  act  shall  be  made  in
consideration  of  the sum of one dollar and upon such conditions as the
commissioner of general services may deem proper.
  S 2. The lands authorized by section one of this act to be transferred
and conveyed are as follows:
  ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land,  situate,  lying  and
being  in the Town of Mount Hope, Village of Otisville, County of Orange
and the State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
  BEGINNING at a point on the northwest bounds of NYS Route No. 211,  at
the  southeast  corner  of  lands granted to the Village of Otisville by
Letters Patent dated October 9, 1964,  recorded  in  the  Department  of
State in Book 77 of Patents at page 438, thence northwesterly along said
lands  of the Village of Otisville a distance of 235 feet, more or less,
to a point, thence through lands of the People of the State of New  York
the following two (2) courses and distances;
  1. easterly a distance of 97 feet, more or less, to a point, and
