AN ACT to amend chapter 366 of the laws of 2011  amending  the  environ-
  mental  conservation  law  relating  to youth pheasant hunting days on
  Long Island, in relation to the effectiveness of such chapter

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. Section 3 of chapter 366 of the laws of 2011, amending the
environmental conservation law relating to youth pheasant  hunting  days
on Long Island, as amended by chapter 42 of the laws of 2013, is amended
to read as follows:
  S  3.  This  act  shall take effect on the sixtieth day after it shall
have become a law; provided that paragraph c-1 of section 11-0903 of the
environmental conservation law as added by section one of this act shall
expire and be deemed repealed on December 31, [2015] 2017.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
