BILL NUMBER:S5717 TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend chapter 455 of the laws of 2011 amending the environmental conservation law relating to authorizing angling by a single individual with up to three lines in freshwater, in relation to the effectiveness thereof PURPOSE OF BILL: Extends the expiration date for two years, provisions of law an individual to fish with up to 3 lines in freshwater. SUMMARY OF SPECIFIC PROVISIONS: This legislation amends chapter 455 of the laws of 2011, amending the environmental conservation law relating to authorizing angling by a single individual with up to three lines in freshwater, in relation to extending provisions for two years. LIBOUS -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend chapter 455 of the laws of 2011 amending the environ- mental conservation law relating to authorizing angling by a single individual with up to three lines in freshwater, in relation to the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 455 of the laws of 2011 amending the environmental conservation law relating to authorizing angling by a single individual with up to three lines in freshwater, as amended by chapter 121 of the laws of 2013, is amended to read as follows: S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed December 31, [2015] 2017. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
