AN ACT to amend chapter 58 of the laws of 2011, amending  the  education
  law  and  other  laws  relating  to  apportionment  of  school aid, in
  relation to the effectiveness thereof

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Paragraph  3 of section 90 of part A of chapter 58 of the
laws of 2011, amending the education law  and  other  laws  relating  to
apportionment of school aid, is amended to read as follows:
  3.  sections twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-five through twenty-seven,
thirty-five through  thirty-eight,  forty-two,  forty-three,  forty-six,
fifty-one  through  fifty-four,  fifty-eight  through sixty, sixty-four,
seventy-nine, [eighty,] eighty-two,  eighty-seven  and  eighty-eight  of
this act shall take effect July 1, 2011;
  S  2. Section 90 of part A of chapter 58 of the laws of 2011, amending
the education law and other laws relating  to  apportionment  of  school
aid, is amended by adding a new paragraph 3-a to read as follows:
  3-A.  SECTIONS  EIGHTY AND EIGHTY-A OF THIS LAW SHALL TAKE EFFECT JULY
1, 2012.
  S 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
