Provides that any executive of any not-for-profit corporation which has a franchise agreement to operate franchise racetracks in the state shall have salaries not to exceed one hundred ninety-nine thousand dollars.

  printed to be committed to the Committee on Racing, Gaming and  Wager-
  ing

AN  ACT  to  amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, in
  relation to capping the salaries of certain not-for-profit corporation
  executives

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  The  racing,  pari-mutuel  wagering  and  breeding law is
amended by adding a new section 202-c to read as follows:
  S 202-C. SALARIES OF CERTAIN FRANCHISE EXECUTIVES.  ANY  EXECUTIVE  OF
ANY  NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION WHICH HAS A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT TO OPER-
ATE FRANCHISE RACETRACKS IN THE STATE SHALL HAVE A SALARY NOT TO  EXCEED
ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
