AN ACT to amend the public authorities law,  in  relation  to  providing
  financing  and  construction  of  capital  facilities for Williamsburg
  Infant & Early Childhood Development Center, Inc.

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. The undesignated paragraph of paragraph (b) of subdivision
2 of section 1676 of the public authorities law, as added by  a  chapter
of  the  laws  of  2011  amending the public authorities law relating to
providing financing and construction of capital facilities for Williams-
burg Infant & Early Childhood Development Center, Inc., as  proposed  in
legislative  bill  numbers  S.   3339 and A. 2440, is amended to read as
follows:
  Williamsburg Infant [and] & Early Childhood Development  Center,  INC.
at 22 Middleton Street, Brooklyn, New York.
  S  2.  The  undesignated paragraph of subdivision 1 of section 1680 of
the public authorities law, as added by a chapter of the  laws  of  2011
amending  the public authorities law relating to providing financing and
construction of capital  facilities  for  Williamsburg  Infant  &  Early
Childhood  Development  Center,  Inc.,  as  proposed in legislative bill
numbers S.  3339 and A. 2440, is amended to read as follows:
  Williamsburg Infant [and] & Early Childhood Development  Center,  INC.
at 22 Middleton Street, Brooklyn, New York.
  S  3.  This  act  shall  take  effect on the same date and in the same
manner as a chapter of the laws of 2011 amending the public  authorities
law  relating to providing financing and construction of capital facili-
ties for Williamsburg Infant & Early Childhood Development Center, Inc.,
as proposed in legislative bill numbers  S.  3339  and  A.  2440,  takes
effect.
