PURPOSE:

This bill will re-convey certain rights and leaseholds, originally conveyed in the year 2000, from the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, to Arm of the Sea Productions, Inc.

SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:

Section 1 amends Section 1 of chapter 463 of the laws of 2000, withdrawing the original conveyance of a right of way from the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, and granting it instead, to the not-for-profit Arm of the Sea Productions, Inc.
