AN ACT to amend the state law, in relation to the description of certain
  assembly and senate districts

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivisions 2, 3, 5, 7, 14, 15, 19, 21, 48,  49,  54,  55,
56,  62,  71, 72, 77, 86, 88, 93, 98 and 140 of section 121 of the state
law, as added by chapter 16 of the laws of 2012, are amended to read  as
follows:
  2.  Second  district. In the county of Suffolk, the towns of Southold,
Riverhead, and that part of the town of Brookhaven  bounded  by  a  line
described  as follows:  Beginning at a point where the Long Island Sound
shoreline intersects the Brookhaven/Riverhead town line,  thence  south-
easterly along said line to the Brookhaven/Southampton town line, thence
southerly along said line to Edwards Avenue South, thence westerly along
said  avenue  to  South  River Road, thence northerly along said road to
abandoned portion of South River Road, thence northwesterly  along  said
road  to  the  Long  Island Expressway Exit, thence southerly along said
exit to a line extended northerly from Toppings Path,  thence  southerly
along  said  line extended to Toppings Path, thence southerly along said
path to Calverton/Manorville CDP line, thence southerly along said  line
to Hot Water Street, thence westerly along said street to Captain Daniel
Roe  Highway,  thence  northwesterly  along  said  highway  to Hot Water
Street, thence southwesterly along said  street  to  Chapman  Boulevard,
thence  southerly  along said boulevard to Jerusalem Hollow Road, thence
southwesterly along said road to  a  line  extended  northeasterly  from
Jerusalem  Hollow  Road  to  Jerusalem Hollow Road, thence southwesterly
along said line extended to Jerusalem Hollow Road, thence  southwesterly
along  said  road  to a line extended northerly to Jerusalem Hollow Road
between Palace Court and  Village  Circle  West  from  a  line  extended
