SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS: Section 1 - amends subdivision 4 of section 911 of the executive law to include Canadarago Lake in the definition of "inland waterways." Section 2 - provides the effective date. JUSTIFICATION: This bill originated as a local request to add the Canadarago Lake to the definition of "inland waterways."
