AN ACT authorizing the Gate of Heaven cemetery to transfer land  to  the
  Cemetery Floral Company

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
the board of trustees for Saint Patrick's cathedral, owners of  Gate  of
Heaven  cemetery  in Hawthorne, New York, may by resolution transfer the
land described in section two of this act to the Cemetery Floral Company
in Hawthorne, New York. In return Gate of Heaven cemetery may accept the
piece of land described in section three of this act from  the  Cemetery
Floral Company.
  S 2. The following land shall be transferred from Gate of Heaven ceme-
tery to the Cemetery Floral Company:
  North 30° 24' 00" West a distance of 43.02 feet to a point;
  North 67° 05' 07" East a distance of 99.94 feet to a point;
  North 67° 05' 07" East a distance of 142.45 feet to a point;
  South 30° 26' 40" East a distance of 43.03 feet to the Point of Begin-
ning.
  S  3. The following land shall be transferred from the Cemetery Floral
Company to Gate of Heaven cemetery:
  North 30° 24' 00" West a distance of 145.00 feet to a point;
  South 56° 26' 50" East a distance of 27.10 feet to a point;
  North 68° 05' 30" East a distance of 15.29 feet to a point;
  North 57° 04' 20" East a distance of 42.61 feet to a point;
  South 30° 24' 00" East a distance of  145.00  feet  to  the  Point  of
Beginning.
  S 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
