AN ACT to amend chapter 112 of the laws of 2007 authorizing the  commis-
  sioner of environmental conservation to discontinue the use of certain
  land  as  reserved  lands within the Long Island Pine Barrens maritime
  reserve, in relation to the description of lands to be conveyed by the
  Longwood central school district to the state of New York

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Section 4 of chapter 112 of the laws of 2007, relating to
authorizing the commissioner of environmental conservation to discontin-
ue the use of certain land as reserved lands within the Long Island Pine
Barrens maritime reserve, is amended to read as follows:
  S 4. The lands authorized by this act to be conveyed to the people  of
the  state  of  New  York by the Longwood central school district are as
follows:
  [ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Ridge, Town of Brookhaven, County of Suffolk, State of New  York,  being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
  BEGINNING  at a point on the southerly side of land now or formerly of
the Longwood Central  School  District  the  following  two  course  and
distances  from the intersection of the northerly side of Middle Country
Road (Route 25) with the easterly side of Ridge Road:
  1. Northerly along the easterly side  of  Ridge  Road  a  distance  of
4,403.81 feet;
