O'MARA -- read twice and ordered print- ed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Govern- ment IN ASSEMBLY -- Introduced by M. of A. PALMESANO -- read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend chapter 366 of the laws of 2005 amending the tax law relating to the mortgage recording tax in the county of Yates, in relation to extending the provisions of such chapter THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 366 of the laws of 2005, amending the tax law relating to the mortgage recording tax in the county of Yates, as amended by chapter 466 of the laws of 2008, is amended to read as follows: S 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day after it shall have become a law and shall expire and be deemed repealed on December 1, [2011] 2014. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10670-01-1
