FARRELL -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend the tax law, in relation to removing the prohibition on tax return preparers or facilitators operating in the same premises as licensed check cashers and to repeal subparagraph (G) of paragraph 1 of subsection (f) of section 32 of such law relating thereto THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subparagraph (G) of paragraph 1 of subsection (f) of section 32 of the tax law is REPEALED and subparagraphs (H) and (I) are relettered to be subparagraphs (G) and (H), respectively. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD15428-01-2
