SCHROEDER -- read once and referred to the Committee on Higher Education AN ACT to repeal paragraph b of subdivision 1 of section 6908 of the education law, relating to the practice of nursing at institutions under the jurisdiction of the department of mental hygiene THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph b of subdivision 1 of section 6908 of the educa- tion law is REPEALED. S 2. This act shall take effect two years after it shall have become a law.
