AN ACT to require the office of parks, recreation and historic preserva-
  tion to operate and maintain all state parks and historic sites  under
  its  jurisdiction  during  the  fiscal  year  that ends March 31, 2012
  pursuant to the same seasons of operation, hours of operation, service
  levels, and public access to facilities as  were  implemented  at  the
  beginning of the fiscal year that ended March 31, 2010

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1.  For the state fiscal year beginning  April  1,  2011,  the
office  of parks, recreation and historic preservation is hereby author-
ized and directed to operate and maintain  all  state  parks  and  state
historic  sites  under  such  office's jurisdiction pursuant to the same
seasons of operation, and at least the same hours of operation,  service
levels,  and  public  access  to  facilities  as were implemented at the
beginning of the fiscal year that ended March 31, 2010.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
