AN  ACT to amend chapter 556 of the laws of 2007 relating to imposing an
  additional real estate transfer tax within the county of Columbia,  in
  relation to extending the provisions of such chapter

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 556 of the laws of  2007  relating  to
imposing  an  additional  real  estate transfer tax within the county of
Columbia, as amended by chapter 193 of the laws of 2009, is  amended  to
read as follows:
  S  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
deemed repealed on December 31, [2011] 2013.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
