BRAUNSTEIN -- read once and referred to the Committee on Insurance AN ACT to amend the insurance law, in relation to disclosures by limited licensees THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2131 of the insurance law is amended by adding a new subsection (m) to read as follows: (M) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY LAW, RULE, OR REGULATION TO THE CONTRARY, WITH RESPECT TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT INSURANCE, THE ONLY DISCLO- SURES AND MATERIALS REQUIRED IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH INSURANCE SHALL BE THE ITEMS REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD11952-01-1
