AN  ACT  to  provide  for the transfer of all rights, titles, interests,
  obligations, liabilities and records of the town of  Champlain  indus-
  trial  development  agency  to the town of Champlain, in the county of
  Clinton; and to repeal section 926-p  of  the  general  municipal  law
  relating to the town of Champlain industrial development agency

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 926-p of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
  S 2. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, all rights,
titles, interests, obligations, liabilities and records of the  town  of
Champlain industrial development agency, which is terminated pursuant to
section  one  of  this  act,  shall  be  transferred  to,  vested in and
possessed by the town of Champlain, in the county of Clinton.
  S 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
