S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 7972 2013-2014 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y June 12, 2013 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. GARBARINO -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to amend chapter 121 of the laws of 2012, relating to authorizing the use of sewer surplus for infrastructure projects other than sewer projects in the village of Patchogue, in relation to effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 121 of the laws of 2012, relating to authorizing the use of sewer surplus for infrastructure projects other than sewer projects in the village of Patchogue, is amended to read as follows: S 2. This act shall take effect on the sixtieth day after it shall have become a law and shall expire and be deemed repealed [one year] TWO YEARS after such date. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD11420-01-3
